This website is a vehicle inventory listing and enquiry service. It has no user accounts, no login, and no online booking or payment system. We therefore do not collect passwords, store payment-card details, or build advertising profiles of visitors.

We share your personal data only where it is necessary to provide our service: with our hosting and infrastructure providers, and - for an actual rental - with the staff who prepare and deliver your vehicle. Each acts under a duty of confidentiality.

We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so, for example to comply with Thai law or a lawful request from the authorities.

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your request and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Server logs are retained for a short period and then rotated out.

If you ask us to delete your data and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will remove it from our active systems.

You may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, to delete it, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. Where you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
