How quickly do you reply?
WhatsApp enquiries are usually answered within a few hours during daytime. For same-day rentals, message us as early as possible to check availability.
Do you deliver to my hotel?
Yes - we deliver island-wide. Just tell us your location and preferred time and we'll bring the bike directly to you.
What documents do I need?
A valid passport and an international driving permit (IDP) or a Thai licence are required for motorbikes. Scooters and bicycles require a passport only.
Can I extend my rental?
Absolutely. Send us a message and we'll confirm availability for extra days. Extensions are billed at the same daily rate unless we agree a longer-period discount.
What if the bike has a problem?
Call or WhatsApp us immediately. We'll arrange a swap or roadside help as fast as possible - usually within an hour on the main parts of the island.
