TL;DR

The Forza 350 is the best two-up Samui scooter: strong torque carries two riders up hills, the wide seat and grab rails comfort the pillion, and storage swallows the gear.

Torque That Carries Two Up the Hills

I rode the Forza 350 two-up to the Big Buddha area and the 330cc engine climbed without a hint of strain. Carrying a passenger is where small scooters struggle most - combined weight saps their power on every gradient. The Forza's generous torque means hills, overtakes, and pulling away from junctions all stay effortless with two aboard. For couples who want to ride together and still tackle Samui's slopes, that surplus pulling power is the single most important reason to choose it.

A Pillion Seat People Actually Enjoy

My passenger stepped off after a full loop around the island and, for once, had no complaints. The Forza 350's wide, deeply padded pillion seat and well-placed footrests make the back seat a genuinely comfortable place for hours. On most scooters the pillion endures the ride; on the Forza they enjoy it. If the person on the back is going to spend the holiday there, giving them real comfort transforms the whole trip - and keeps everyone in a good mood.

Stability With Two Riders Aboard

Pulling away two-up from the Bophut junction, I notice how planted and unflustered the Forza 350 stays. Its weight and long wheelbase give a reassuring stability that lighter scooters lose when loaded with a passenger. Low-speed manoeuvres, roundabouts, and braking all feel secure rather than top-heavy. For a nervous pillion - or a driver carrying precious cargo - that steady, confident feel removes much of the anxiety that two-up riding on an unfamiliar island can otherwise bring.

Storage for Two People's Day Gear

Packing for a couple's day out, I fit both helmets and a bag into the Forza 350's deep underseat compartment with room left over. Two-up trips double the gear - two rain jackets, two water bottles, shared shopping - and most scooters force you to wear or carry it. The Forza's cavernous storage swallows it all, so neither rider ends up with a backpack digging into their shoulders. Real storage is an underrated key to comfortable two-up touring.

Confidence in Wet Two-Up Conditions

Caught in rain near Lamai with my passenger aboard, I leaned on the Forza 350's dual-channel ABS and traction control for reassurance. Braking with two riders on wet Samui tarmac is more demanding, and the electronics give a valuable safety margin when grip is uncertain. A heavier load needs more stopping distance, so I brake early and let the systems back me up. That active safety kit makes wet two-up riding far less stressful than on a basic scooter.

The Two-Up Verdict

Putting it all together, the Forza 350 is the scooter I recommend for any couple planning to ride Samui together. Strong torque for the hills, a pillion seat people genuinely enjoy, planted stability, ample storage, and reassuring wet-weather safety combine into the fleet's best two-up tourer. Riding double is where small scooters reveal their limits and the Forza reveals its strengths. If two of you are sharing one scooter all holiday, this is the one to rent.
